Notes
'Albiflorus' dittany (Dictamnus albus 'Albiflorus') is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, and rock gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist soil of most types. White fragrant flowers appear in spring and again in summer, and they attract butterflies and bees. It sits low on the menu for deer. It grows slowly in a clump, so give it room.
Pairs well with Angel Cheeks peony, Nodding onion, Sedge, and American Gold Rush black-eyed Susan.
