Notes

'Autumn Sunset' spurge (Euphorbia 'Autumn Sunset') is a perennial for borders, containers, and cut flower gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to wet, sandy or loamy soil. The green blooms have orange bracts and appear in spring and again in summer on drought tolerant plants. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with Blue flag, Autumn fern, and Buffalo grass.
