Notes

Baby blue eyes (Nemophila menziesii) is an annual for borders, containers, rock gardens, and ground cover. It shrugs off cool spells and light frost, though a hard freeze will damage it. This plant likes full sun to part shade and average to wet soil of most types. It stays small and trails, with bright-blue, bowl-shaped flowers that have white centers. Afternoon shade helps it do best, and bees visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Cherry Caramel phlox, Sensation Mix cosmos, and Red fescue.
