Notes
'Berrima Gold' incense cedar (Calocedrus decurrens 'Berrima Gold') is an evergreen tree for borders, specimens, accents, and winter interest. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, loamy soil. It grows at a moderate rate with an erect habit. The tree is also drought tolerant once settled in, and it attracts butterflies.
Pairs well with Inkberry, Karl Foerster feather reed grass, and Autumn fern.
