Notes
'Chamaleon' chameleon (Houttuynia cordata 'Chamaleon') is a perennial for borders, containers, and ground cover. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and average to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows fast and creeps, so give it room or edge the bed. The leaves are fragrant, and it blooms in spring and again in summer.
Pairs well with Obsidian coral bells, Purple moor grass, and Autumn fern.
