Notes

Cow parsley (Anthriscus sylvestris) is a perennial for borders and low maintenance gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun, average moisture, and most soil types. It grows about 35 to 59 inches tall and spreads 24 to 36 inches. Blooms appear in spring and again in summer, and they draw butterflies and bees.

Pairs well with Columbine, River birch, and Peony.
