Notes

'Daydream' Easter lily cactus (Echinopsis 'Daydream') is a succulent for containers, rock gardens, and accents, and it needs little care. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to average, sandy or loamy soil. It stays about 12 inches tall and stays evergreen. Bees and butterflies visit the flowers. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything.

Pairs well with Aeonium, Lady fingers, Echeveria, and Lemon Coral sedum.
