'Gold Dust' axilflower (Mecardonia 'Gold Dust') is an annual for ground cover and annual beds. It is typically grown as an annual. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full sun and average moisture. It stays low at 3 to 6 inches tall and spreads 24 to 60 inches wide. Yellow flowers cover the mat of growth.
Pairs well with Laurentia, Blue daisy, and Lantana.
