Notes
'Montauk' corn (Zea mays 'Montauk') is a vegetable for the food garden and as an accent. It is typically grown as an annual. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full sun and average to moist soil of most types. It is a full-season bicolor corn with jumbo ears and great flavor. Bees visit it, and it grows fast.
Pairs well with Cranberry bean, Green Zebra tomato, and Giant of Italy parsley.
