Notes

'Morning Star' freesia (Freesia 'Morning Star') is a bulb for cut flowers and specimen use. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. The fragrant flowers open in early to late summer. They range from primrose yellow to ivory white, with lemon yellow deep in the throat. R.A. Goemans bred it.

Pairs well with Angelonia, Taro, and Bay tree.
