Notes

'Painted Lady' sweet pea (Lathyrus odoratus 'Painted Lady') is an annual vine for borders, containers, and cottage gardens. It handles cool weather and a light frost. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy or loamy soil. The fragrant flowers attract butterflies and bees. It grows fast and climbs to about 6 or 7 feet, so give it a trellis. Deer rarely make it their first choice.

Pairs well with Dazzler cosmos, Sunrich Orange sunflower, and Red fescue.
