Garden uses

Notes

'Perfect Model' beet (Beta vulgaris 'Perfect Model') is a vegetable for containers and food gardens. It is typically grown as an annual. Cool weather suits it, and it can take a light frost. This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil. It has an erect habit and grows at a moderate pace. It asks for little care once it is up and growing.

Pairs well with Bauer lettuce, Del Monte spinach, and Fernleaf dill.
