Notes

Rabbit's foot fern (Davallia solida) is a houseplant for containers and low maintenance spaces. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes part sun or part shade and average to moist, loamy soil. It stays evergreen and grows 12 to 36 inches tall. It can spread 12 to 48 inches wide, so give it room.

Pairs well with Thai Constellation monstera, Bamboo palm, and Begonia.

Native range

Fiji, Micronesia, and Colombia.
