'Renegade PMR' pumpkin (Cucurbita pepo 'Renegade PMR') is a vegetable for the food garden and for use as a ground cover. It is typically grown as an annual. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full sun and average to moist, loamy soil. It grows at a rapid rate and bears orange blooms from early to late summer. Its vines spread wide, so give them plenty of room.
