Notes
'Safari' zucchini squash (Cucurbita pepo 'Safari') is a vegetable for the food garden and containers. It is typically grown as an annual. It is tender to cold, and the first hard frost will kill it. This plant likes full sun and average to moist, loamy soil. It grows at a rapid rate and is ready to pick about 50 days after planting. White and green blooms open from early to late summer.
Pairs well with Straight-8 cucumber, Lime basil, and Common Chamomile German chamomile.
