Notes

Soybean (Glycine max) is a vegetable for a food garden or a container. It is typically grown as an annual. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full sun and dry to moist soil of most types. It grows fast and reaches 24 to 36 inches tall in a columnar shape. It blooms in early to late summer, and the green leaves fill out the plant quickly.

Pairs well with Potato, Celeriac, and Parsley.

China and Russia.
