Notes

String of turtles (Peperomia prostrata) is a houseplant for containers and low maintenance spaces. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes part sun and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. Its small, patterned leaves cascade over the edge of a pot. It grows slowly and stays evergreen.

Pairs well with African mask, Black bat flower, and Jade vine.
