Notes
'Striped German' tomato (Solanum lycopersicum 'Striped German') is a vegetable for food gardens, containers, and pollinator gardens. It is typically grown as an annual. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Rabbits usually look elsewhere for a meal. The fruit is bicolor red and yellow, and bees visit the flowers.
Pairs well with Long Island Mammoth dill, Flashback Mix calendula, and Mexican Sour Gherkin cucumber.
