Notes

Three-way sedge (Dulichium arundinaceum) is a grass for rain gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full sun to part shade and moist to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It grows 12 to 36 inches tall and 12 to 24 inches wide with dark green foliage. In the wild, it grows in marshes, bogs, swamps, and pond edges, so it suits a wet spot in your yard.

Pairs well with Broadleaf cattail, Sensitive fern, and Cranberry.
