Notes

Urn plant (Aechmea fasciata) is a houseplant for containers and low maintenance spaces. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes part sun or part shade and average to moist, sandy or loamy soil. Its gray and silver leaves form an open, slow growing rosette. The violet to red flowers sit among pink bracts.

Pairs well with Birkin philodendron, Manjula pothos, and Thai Constellation monstera.
