Notes

White doll's daisy (Boltonia asteroides) is a perennial for borders, cottage gardens, cut flower beds, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Tiny white daisies with yellow centers cover the tall stems in late summer and early fall. Deer rarely make it their first choice. Shear it hard in June if you want a more compact habit.

Pairs well with Pale purple coneflower, Sedge, and Nodding onion.
