Notes

D Violet Ice African daisy (Osteospermum '4D Violet Ice') is a perennial for borders and containers. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full sun and dry to average, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Unlike most African daisies, this one stays open day and night, and deadheading promotes more blooms.

Pairs well with Mexican daisy, Yarrow, Rosemary, and Lollipop purple top.
