Notes

'Alaska' freesia (Freesia 'Alaska') is a bulb for cut flowers and specimen use. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. Its fragrant white flowers have a pale yellow blotch on the lower segment and bloom from early to late summer. J. van den Bos & Zn. B.V. bred it.

Pairs well with Christmas bells, Lavender Perfection dahlia, Tuscan Blue rosemary, and Vetiver.
