Notes

Vetiver (Chrysopogon zizanioides) is a grass for containers, specimen planting, and accents, and it needs little care. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It forms a tall, clumping mound of evergreen green leaves. It tolerates drought and salt, so it suits tough sites.

Pairs well with Lemongrass, Totally Tangerine dahlia, and Rose of sharon.
