Notes

'Ariel' echeveria (Echeveria 'Ariel') is a succulent for containers, rock gardens, and houseplant collections. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full sun and dry soil. It forms compact rosettes of thick, bluish leaves. The foliage flushes dusty rose with a little heat or high light stress, and red flowers appear in summer.

Pairs well with Coppertone stonecrop, Arum, and Heavy Metal switchgrass.
