Notes

'Avalanche' African daisy (Osteospermum 'Avalanche') is a perennial for ground cover, edging, and containers. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry soil. It forms low mats of evergreen, semi-succulent foliage that can tumble over a wall. Large white daisies with yellow centers bloom in spring, summer, and autumn. The plant is sterile, so it does not make seed.

Pairs well with Autumn Fire sedum, Ornamental onion, Purple lovegrass, and Glory-of-the-snow.
