Notes

Bells of Ireland (Moluccella laevis) is an annual for borders, cut flowers, and cottage gardens. It shrugs off cool spells and light frost, though a hard freeze will damage it. This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet soil of most types. Small white flowers sit inside tall green calyces, and the fragrant stems attract butterflies. Deer and rabbits rarely make it their first choice. Give the erect stems room to grow.

Pairs well with Double Click Snow Puff cosmos, Charm peony, and Red fescue.
