Notes

'Bolero' Bill Williams Mountain giant hyssop (Agastache 'Bolero') is a perennial for borders, pollinator gardens, containers, and cottage gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to moist soil of most types. It bears fragrant pink-purple flowers in summer and again in autumn, and butterflies, hummingbirds, bees, and birds visit the blooms. Deer and rabbits tend to pass it by. It stays compact and handles dry spells well.

Pairs well with Mexican hat, Feather reed grass, Little bluestem, and Amsonia.
