bunny tails grass

Notes

Bunny tails grass (Lagurus ovatus) is an annual grass that you can add to your garden each year. It handles cool weather and a light frost. This grass comes from Macaronesia and the Mediterranean region, east to the Arabian Peninsula. Its common name points to the fluffy look of its flower heads. Because it is an annual, it grows for one season, so you sow or plant it fresh each year.

Pairs well with French marigold, Black-eyed Susan, and Karl Foerster feather reed grass.
