Notes

'Carlton' daffodil (Narcissus 'Carlton') is a bulb for borders, containers, cottage gardens, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 3, or down to -40°F (-40°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. The yellow, fragrant blooms open in spring and attract bees and butterflies. It is not a favorite of deer or rabbits, though hungry ones will eat almost anything. Plant the bulbs in drifts for a bright spring show.

Pairs well with Wide Brim hosta, Spanish bluebell, and Sedge.
