Notes

'Cherub' angel's trumpet (Brugmansia 'Cherub') is a shrub for borders, containers, and specimen planting. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 9 and warmer, down to about 20°F (-7°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil of most types. The fragrant blooms open in early to late summer and again in early to late autumn, and hummingbirds visit them. It sits low on the menu for deer. The plant tolerates drought and salt.

Pairs well with Arabian jasmine, Red ginger, and Kimberly queen fern.
