Notes

Chilean wine palm (Jubaea chilensis) is a tree for containers, low maintenance gardens, and xeriscapes. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or chalky soil. It is evergreen and tolerates drought once settled. It grows tall and wide, so give it plenty of room.

Pairs well with Italian cypress, Prickly-pear, and White sage.
