Notes

Club moss (Selaginella kraussiana) is a houseplant for containers, ground cover, and shade gardens. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 11 and warmer, down to about 40°F (4°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes part sun to full shade and average to wet, loamy or clay soil. It stays 2 to 4 inches tall and creeps rapidly to spread 12 to 24 inches. The evergreen green foliage forms a soft, low mat.

Pairs well with Baby's tears, Blue star fern, and Manjula pothos.
