Notes
'ColorBlaze Velveteen' coleus (Coleus scutellarioides 'ColorBlaze Velveteen') is an annual for borders and shade gardens. It is typically grown as an annual. Frost will kill it, so set it out only after the last frost in spring. This plant likes full sun to full shade and average moisture. Deer rarely make it their first choice. It has an erect habit that suits the middle or back of a border.
Pairs well with Holly fern, Let's Dance Blue Jangles bigleaf hydrangea, and Rain lily.
