Notes

Cupflower (Nierembergia scoparia) is a perennial for annual beds. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It grows 12 to 30 inches tall and spreads 12 to 30 inches wide, so give it room to fill in. Its pale blue flowers give the bed soft color. You can tuck it near the front of a border where the small blooms are easy to see.

Pairs well with Snapdragon, Fountain grass, and Anemone.

Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay.
