Notes
'Desiree' potato (Solanum tuberosum 'Desiree') is a vegetable for food gardens and containers. It is typically grown as an annual. It cannot take cold, and a freeze will end its season. This plant likes full sun and average to moist, sandy soil. Bees visit the flowers in summer and autumn. Rabbits tend to pass it by.
