'Diamant' celeriac (Apium graveolens 'Diamant') is a vegetable for food gardens and pollinator gardens. It is typically grown as an annual. It handles cool weather and a light frost. Pairs well with Teddy dill, Alpha calendula, and Sakura tomato.
