Notes
Escallonia (Escallonia cordobensis) is an evergreen shrub for hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full sun and average moisture. White flowers open from early to late summer and again in early autumn. It grows 48 to 84 inches tall and 36 to 48 inches wide, so give it room to fill out as a hedge.
Pairs well with Olive, Oleander, Italian cypress, and Lemongrass.
