Notes

Lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus) is a grass for borders, containers, and food gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full sun and average to moist, loamy soil. It forms a fragrant, evergreen clump that grows 24 to 48 inches tall. Deer rarely make it their first choice. It needs little care, so it suits a low maintenance garden.

Pairs well with Lemon verbena, Artichoke, and Teddy Bear sunflower.
