Notes

'Fernanda' dahlia (Dahlia 'Fernanda') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to moist soil. The red blooms are about 48 mm wide and the plant grows about 20 inches tall. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the flowers. Keith Hammett bred it in 2003.

Pairs well with Japanese forest grass, Snapdragon, and Casa Blanca lily.
