Notes

'Totally Tangerine' dahlia (Dahlia 'Totally Tangerine') is a bulb for borders, cut flowers, containers, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The fluffy orange center is ringed by orange-pink outer petals, and Swan Island Dahlias bred it. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. Butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees visit the blooms.

Pairs well with Limelight hydrangea, Lamb’s ear, and Purple top.
