Fine-leaved water dropwort (Oenanthe aquatica) is a perennial for pollinator gardens, rain gardens, and naturalized areas. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun and wet soil. White flowers open from early to late summer and again in early autumn. Bees visit the blooms, and the plant grows 36 to 60 inches tall and wide.
