Notes

'Ice Dance' Japanese grass sedge (Carex morrowii 'Ice Dance') is a grass for borders, containers, rock gardens, and shade gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full sun to full shade and average to wet soil of most types. It forms a slow growing clump of green and white variegated leaves that stay evergreen. Deer tend to browse other plants first. It also tolerates drought once established.

Pairs well with Japanese forest grass, Ostrich fern, and Bottlebrush buckeye.
