Notes

'Flame' calla lily (Zantedeschia 'Flame') is a perennial for borders, containers, and cut flowers. It is hardy to USDA zone 8, or down to 10°F (-12°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average to wet, loamy or clay soil. The large flowers open golden-yellow with red edging and mature to fiery orange-red. Deer and rabbits tend to browse other plants first. Bees visit the flowers, and the white-spotted leaves add contrast.

Pairs well with Mexican petunia, Labyrinth dahlia, and Lemongrass.
