Notes

Florist kalanchoe (Kalanchoe blossfeldiana) is a succulent for containers, borders, and rock gardens. It grows outdoors year-round in USDA zone 10 and warmer, down to about 30°F (-1°C). In colder areas, grow it as a houseplant or bring it indoors for winter. This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy or loamy soil. It is drought tolerant, salt tolerant, and evergreen, with scarlet, pink, salmon, or yellow blooms. Deer tend to browse other plants first. It forms a dense, slow growing mound.

Pairs well with White velvet, Mondo grass, and Blue grama.
