Notes

'Glowing Dream' coneflower (Echinacea 'Glowing Dream') is a perennial for borders, cut flowers, and pollinator gardens. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full or part sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. It is not a favorite of deer, though hungry deer will eat almost anything. The watermelon pink blooms have orange brown cones and open from early to late summer. Butterflies, bees, and birds visit them, and the flowers are fragrant.

Pairs well with Prairie dropseed, Sundrops, and Blue grama.
