Notes

Grape (Vitis vinifera) is a vine for food gardens, privacy screens, and hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 6, or down to -10°F (-23°C). This plant likes full sun and dry to moist, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. The greenish flowers open from spring into early summer. It climbs, so give it a sturdy support to grow on. It can reach 3 to 9 feet tall and wide.

Pairs well with Witch hazel, Switchgrass, and Oakleaf hydrangea.
