Notes

Grassy arrowhead (Sagittaria graminea) is a perennial for rain gardens, naturalized areas, and low maintenance planting. It is hardy to USDA zone 4, or down to -30°F (-34°C). This plant likes full sun and moist to wet, sandy, loamy, or clay soil. Long, narrow, grass-like leaves form a clump. White flowers with three petals open on whorled branches, and birds visit the plant.

Pairs well with Palm sedge, Reed grass, and Aromatic aster.
