Notes

Gregg's mistflower (Conoclinium dissectum) is a perennial for pollinator gardens, ground cover, and meadows. It is hardy to USDA zone 7, or down to 0°F (-18°C). This plant likes full sun to part shade and dry to moist soil of most types. Small, purplish-blue flowers form puffy, cushion-like heads that draw butterflies and bees. It spreads easily by roots, so give it room or use it to fill a bare spot.

Pairs well with Switchgrass, Beautyberry, and Passionflower.
