Notes

'Hachfee' blue holly (Ilex meserveae 'Hachfee') is an evergreen shrub for hedges. It is hardy to USDA zone 5, or down to -20°F (-29°C). This plant likes full or part sun and average moisture. It grows 96 to 120 inches tall and 36 to 48 inches wide, so it makes a tall screen. Greenish-white flowers open in mid to late spring.

Pairs well with Virginia sweetspire, Karl Foerster feather reed grass, and Blue Chiffon rose of sharon.
